Breakfast Pizza for all!

I'm a big breakfast eater & I'm in LOVE with breakfast pizza, but it seems the only place to find it is shining with grease at a local gas station for $3 a slice.  I don't know about you, but I needed another way.!

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Clean-up: Moderate

Turkey Bacon Breakfast Pizza
(you can use regular bacon too, but turkey bacon tastes about the same and has 50% less fat & eliminates a couple steps.)

Ingredients
1 roll of Pillsbury flaky biscuits
8 Eggs
1/4 cup milk
8-10 pieces of turkey bacon
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
Flour
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1 pie pan (glass or metal)
Cutting board
Frying pan

Preheat oven to 350F

Lightly sprinkle bottom of pie pan with flour.

Knead biscuit dough into a ball & press into the bottom of pie pan.  Spread dough until it evenly covers the bottom and sides of the pan. Lighly sprinkle with shredded chedder.  Set aside.

Wisp eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Set aside.

Chop turkey bacon into small pieces & fry over medium heat until cooked.  About 5 minutes.
If you've never used Turkey Bacon before, it is done when it is a deep reddish tint and begins to brown.
*If you are using regular bacon, you'll want to drain excess fat and return meat to pan.

Add egg mixture to pan with turkey bacon.  You want to cook the eggs only until they are moist and fluffy.
You don't want to completely cook off the moisture...

Remove from heat and stir in a handful of shredded cheddar.

Spread bacon/egg mixture evenly over dough.  Press to fit if needed.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake on center rack until crust and cheese is golden brown.  (Approximately 8-14 minutes.)

Cool & Enjoy!

Recipe change-ups I've tried:
Substitute half of bacon for breakfast sausage. (ground sausage works best IMO)
Use four cheese blend instead of cheddar or top with sliced American cheese for a distinct flavor.
